Prices vary depending on the complexivity of each job.

Interior jobs- Usually about $499- $599 for a regular size room to be fully painted. The amount of colors and whether the room is furnished or not furnished will also effect the price. Paint and materials are extra.

Exterior- When it comes to exterior projects it’s about $2 SF. This also varies depending on the type of home you have. One story or two? how much preparation is involved such as scrapping, caulking, stucco repair needed, any fascia repairs etc. Paint and materials are extra.
